FB at the top, outer 3rd fouled off. He's just sticking with the heater? He just threw 5 curves and sliders in a row to Stanton, before the two FBs. Curve in the zone below middle, bounced foul off 1st, 0-2 Bounces a curve outside, 1-2. Slider below the outside corner, serves his own bloop over Rocchio for a 2 out single. Important to get some sort of momentum going, can't let the Guardians think they own the game and taking the lead is just a matter of time.

We have zero relievers who can match this emotion. That's why we must win tonight.

Why is everyone acting like the Yankees are losing when they're winning this game?

Volpe takes a slider up and in, 1-0 Takes a FB down and in, 2-0 Slider drops into the very top of the zone, outer half, 2-1 FB below and outside middle, and Volpe just...stares at it, 2-2. Hanging curve inside middle, flyball tomedium deep center, Thomas moves right and catches, inning over. Bottom 4, 3-2 Yanks. Sabrowski probably done at 29 pitches Gimenez, Hedges and Rocchio for Cleveland in their half of the 4th inning. Boone is between a rock and a hard place; can't stay with Gil much longer, doesn't have the good reliever depth needed to pull him here. Too early for Hill.

We have zero relievers who can match this emotion. Good, I want my relievers calm under pressure, especially on the road.

Why is everyone acting like the Yankees are losing when they're winning this game? Tactical lead; strategic deficit because of the difference in the bullpens in a 1-run game. That's just my opinion, of course.

Why is everyone acting like the Yankees are losing when they're winning this game? I'm not understanding that either plus Cleveland is into their bullpen early again Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
