Rizzo is now out of the game for a pinch runner that never ran anywhere. Just when I give Boone some kudos, he makes me scratch my head again. Rizzo is one of the few guys hitting right now. |

Sometimes, a strikeout is better. Especially for Wells who struck out already but has added two DPs to his stats |

Sinker 7 inches outside, taken, 2-1
FB near the top in the middel, swung under, 2-2
FB below 90 for hill, sinker 87-8, his stuff is down here.

Gets the sinker back up to 89, but bad location, inside middle, fouled.
Sinker to the knees at 89, spoiled straight down, still 2-2.

FB at the top at 91, inner 3rd, Wells moved the mitt, but didn't have to, it was 50-50 on Gameday, Bad call, now called, 3-2
FB just outside, at the top, fouled.
Sinker outside corner, popped foul down the right side
10th pitch coming.
FB at 90.5, near the outside corner, fouled off the mitt,
Sinker at the very top of the zone is strike 4, and not called again. That one was just 10-20% on Gameday so...marginal. But still got a piece of the zone
11 pitch walk.
Argument gives Hill a breather.
