FB up in the zone near middle, high fly to fairly deep right center, dies short of the track, Thomas catches, 1 down.
Volpe got a pitch to crush, just missed under it.

That's it for Smith, with the two lefties due in, this should be Herrin, who's also pitching for the 3rd straight day.
If they were down 2-1, I MIGHT consider Trevino here, but it's tied, and bringing Trevino in here just gives the Guardians' running game too big an edge.

Arggg.
Chases a slider just outside above the knees, chops it up the middle, Rocchio fields on the right side of 2nd, steps back to 2nd, throws a strike to Naylor, Wells hits into another DP to kill the inning.
Bottom 7, 2-2.
Herrin needed just 3 pitches to get Cleveland out of the 7th.
Hill staying in? I dunno. Three days in a row for him, and he threw 5 pitches getting the DP grounder from Gimenez.
Cabrera stays in to play 1st.
