The umps are terrible. Home plate umps suck, this guy sucks. What is going on? I mean, we all want him to be out but he was safe. Shouldn't MLB have there top umps in the WS??? Play calling quality isn't the foremost issue as was mentioned at the start of the series. 1st pitch slider is waist high, inner 3rd, a bit of a hanger, but Teoscar misses, slams the bat down in disgust, hit a routine fly to left, can o'corn for Verdugo, inning over. Holmes got away with one there. Bottom 5, 5-4 Yanks and you can bet the Dodgers won't go quietly the next 12 outs. 3-4-5 for the Yanks vs. Knack: Judge, Chisholm and Stanton, and they better start scoring again. |

Curve to the very bottom, called a strike, 10% on Gameday
Slider in the zone low/away, topped to short, Edman backs up, and the ball goes off the heel of his mitt, he recovers but Judge beats the throw, E-6.

FB waist high, outer 3rd, big swing, late and under, popped out of play off 3rd, 2-1
Change above middle, late and under, popped out of play back and to the left, 2-2

Takes a FB about 4-5 inches outside, 3-2.

FB well high over the middle, taken, 1-1
Knack comes set, steps off.
Slider waist high, gets the outside corner, good pitch, he takes, 1-2
Better slider dives two plane outside, below the waist, he chases for the K, 1 down.

FB misses just high, and this one WAS a ball, outside middle, 2-1, checks in time.
Change below the outer 3rd, lifted to left of center, easy play for K. Hernandez, catches, runners must hold, 2 down.
