Sick to my stomach. Two of the absolute worst postseason losses I've endured within days of each other. Agreed. Yanks lost a number of games, more than usual, in gut wrenching fashion. This one was just a give away. Absolutely... they gave it away on a silver platter! I'm not even sad... just disgusted! |

The morning after and we are still bothered by it. Soto is courting his next team and the rest of the players are going home to their mansions. It's got to be just fun entertainment for us.

should be talking about potg. instead ... the 5th was the probably the most disgusting inning i've ever seen. how in god's name does judge not catch that ball. then volpe the bad throw to 3B. cole then Ks lux & ohtani. incredible job. then a simple grounder to rizzo. inning should be over. no runs scored. haven't seen the replay but rizzo should be able to beat betts to the bag but for an inexplicable reason cole doesn't cover the bag. maybe betts speed mad that happen. and from there the gates open. but we still take the lead as cole guts his way through 1.2 innings. kahnle totally ineffective setting up a virtually impossible situation for a gassed weaver. game over. It's not hard to do the basics... catch the ball, throw the ball, cover the bases! They gave this game away...unbelievable! |

I have an ex coworker Met fan... on FB this morning she congratulated the Dodgers for their complete DOMINANCE over the The Yanks. Last nights game was a gift... for her to congradulate the team that eliminated her team is just sour grapes. Poor poor pitiful Met fan. |

Actually the "Los Angeles" Dodgers should be very proud today, because they now have a winning record against the Yankees in the World Series (3 wins and 2 losses), having won in 1963 (a sweep), lost in 1977 and 1978, and won in 1981 and 2024. If he was still around, George Steinbrenner would most likely be apologizing to the city of New York today (as he did when the Yankees lost to the Dodgers in 1981). |

They were the better team I think and were not going to lose two games at home although last night was embarrassing. I was amazed we actually made it to the WS so I am not as shaken as others.
