Indians' Terry Francona says miscommunication led to bullpen collapse
With two outs and the bases loaded after two more walks, Indians manager Terry Francona wanted a new reliever to close it out.
There was just one problem. Francona said afterward there was a miscommunication. He requested "OP" -- Oliver Perez -- and it was understood as "OT," Otero's nickname, and Otero was told to warm up in the bullpen.
When the pitching change was made, Francona realized something had gone wrong.
"When I saw OT coming through the gate, it was not the guy I was expecting," Francona told reporters.
Imagine if this happened to Boone? We'd be KILLING him right now.

Could he come up and pull a Bird,Sanchez,Torres who had great opening stanzas?? He’s pitching well in 3A. Looking like a real possibility for Cash who may throw us a curve and add another difference maker to the BP |

In 10th grade I was in a senior video made for anti cigarettes and I played the town drunk (student project... Not written by school) and my main line in film was "WHO'S IS THIS?" when I found cigarettes. My main point is when i typed "how dare you"it was in my "who's is this" voice I was asked to be in a bunch of projects in school bc my bad ass punk rock image LOL
