I never said he was guilty...for those of you that said I did, I have lost respect for you and you should learn how to read.
I am demanding/requesting that Donald calls for an in-depth FBI Probe into the School Years mentioned in the claims. There is time to do such; just as President Bush did.
This is getting real GOOD. Better than a Well Done Reality Series.
I remember very clearly when around 2-years ago or so...when all the women came out claiming sexual assaults/rapes from prior years.
Many of my Fanatic Dark Age Belief Friends (GOP) and yes, even some Liberals reached up their asses and pulled out their Dirty Justifications:
"They are just doing this for the $$$..."
"Why did they wait all these years to come forward..."
"It is a conspiracy that they have all these witnesses that said she told them about at the time or shortly thereafter..."
"Etc. Etc. Etc.As WE have now learned, that the vast, vast, vast MAJORITY of these accusations were TRUE.
And they touched every single Business Sector/Industry in America. Go ahead, mention ONE sector and it happened.
The AMERICAN MALE had a hard time keeping their DICKS' in their pants (and still DO = Disgusting).
They had so much POWER over Women (as they did with Minorities and still do)...they thought they were God-Like and could get away with anything.
The acts they committed were VILE, EVIL & DISGUSTING &
ruined so many Women's LIVES. So many of these innocent, yes innocent women, still carry this CRAP with them to this
very day (The Shame, Guilt, Embarrassment, The FEAR, Reliving the Attack, Etc. Etc. Etc.).
Even today, I hear the same Justifications in regards to the Judge & the Women (yes, Plural) such as:
1. "It is a conspiracy that they have all these witnesses that said she told them about at the time or shortly thereafter..."
Yeah RIGHT, these women all got together over 30-years ago and said, "Lets make-up this crap about Kev; you never know when we can use it...(yes, Tequila you are allowed to laugh as hard as you want to; for these folks that use this type of Justifications are Full Fledge IDIOTS).
2. "Why did they wait all these years to come forward..."
There are so, so, so, many reasons why a Women (or even a Man who is a victim of sexual assault/rape), doesn't come forward and/or didn't come forward:
--What will my boyfriend/husband think/do?
--What will my friends think/do?
--What if my bosses do not believe me...I could be fired.
--If fired, I could be Black-Balled in the Industry.
--What if the Police don't believe me?
--Do I want to go thru a trial where my entire sexual history is made public?
--Was it my fault because of the way I dressed?
--Was it my fault because I was drinking?
--What if this goes Public what will the Community/Neighbors think of me?
--What will my children think of me?
--He is well thought of; if I say anything; will everyone turn against me?
--What will my Church think/do?
--I cannot afford to lose this job…
--Etc. Etc. Etc.
I WILL STATE AGAIN: THIS REQUIRES THE FBI TO COME IN & INTERVIEW STUDENTS FROM THOSE SCHOOL YEARS!!!

www.msn.com/en-us/news/crime/brett-kavanaugh-third-woman-accuses-supreme-court-nominee-of-sexual-misconduct/ar-AAAFu21?li=BBnb7Kx ARE THERE MORE TO COME FORWARD???…
A third woman has come forward to accuse Donald Trump’s Supreme Court pick, Brett Kavanaugh, of sexual misconduct, according to a statement published by her lawyer Michael Avenatti.
Avenatti tweeted a declaration made in the name of Julie Swetnick, a resident of Washington, D.C., which said she had met Kavanaugh and his school friend Mark Judge in the early 1980s.
The declaration said she had “observed Brett Kavanaugh drink excessively at these parties and engage in abusive and physically aggressive behavior towards girls, including pressing girls against him without their consent, 'grinding' against girls and and attempting to remove or shift girls clothing to expose private body parts."
Kavanaugh has been accused of sexual misconduct by two other women. He denies the allegations.

www.msn.com/en-us/news/politics/kavanaugh-accuser-christine-blasey-ford-offers-senate-four-people-who-corroborate-her-assault-claims/ar-AAAE4zQ The attorneys for Christine Blasey Ford have sworn and signed declarations from four people who corroborate her claims of sexual assault by Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh.
In documents sent to the Senate Judiciary Committee and obtained by USA TODAY, Ford’s attorneys present declarations from Ford’s husband, Russell, and three friends who support the California college professor’s accusation that Kavanaugh pinned her to a bed, groped her and attempted to pull off her clothes while both were high school students in 1982.
The declarations will be used by Ford’s attorneys during a committee hearing on Thursday that could determine the fate of Kavanaugh’s embattled nomination.
He's also facing a second accusation of sexual assault from Deborah Ramirez, who claims Kavanaugh exposed himself and pushed his genitals into her face at a drunken party during the 1983-84 academic year at Yale University.
Kavanaugh has flatly denied all accusations, including during a national television interview on Fox News on Monday night.
In her declaration, Adela Gildo-Mazzon said Ford told her about the alleged assault during a June 2013 meal at a restaurant in Mountain View, California, and contacted Ford’s attorneys on Sept. 16 to tell them Ford had confided in her five years ago.
“During our meal, Christine was visibly upset, so I asked her what was going on,” Gildo-Mazzon says in her declaration. “Christine told me she had been having a hard day because she was thinking about an assault she experienced when she was much younger.
She said she had been almost raped by someone who was now a federal judge. She told me she had been trapped in a room with two drunken guys, and that she had escaped, ran away and hid.”

www.msn.com/en-us/news/politics/kavanaugh%e2%80%99s-%e2%80%98choir-boy%e2%80%99-image-on-fox-interview-rankles-former-yale-classmates/ar-AAAE6gz?li=BBnb7Kz On Monday night, Supreme Court nominee Brett M. Kavanaugh said in a nationally televised interview that in his younger years, he was focused on sports, academics and “service projects.”
But it was his comments about drinking that rankled some Yale University classmates, prompting them to speak out for the first time.
Liz Swisher, who described herself as a friend of Kavanaugh in college, said she was shocked that — in an interview focused largely on his high school years and allegations of sexual misconduct — he strongly denied drinking to the point of blacking out.
“Brett was a sloppy drunk, and I know because I drank with him. I watched him drink more than a lot of people. He’d end up slurring his words, stumbling,” said Swisher, a Democrat and chief of the gynecologic oncology division at the University of Washington School of Medicine. “There’s no medical way I can say that he was blacked out. ... But it’s not credible for him to say that he has had no memory lapses in the nights that he drank to excess.”
Lynne Brookes, who like Swisher was a college roommate of one of the two women now accusing Kavanaugh of misconduct, said the nominee’s comments on Fox did not match the classmate she remembered.
“He’s trying to paint himself as some kind of choir boy,” said Brookes, a Republican and former pharmaceutical executive who recalled an encounter with a drunken Kavanaugh at a fraternity event. “You can’t lie your way onto the Supreme Court, and with that statement out, he’s gone too far. It’s about the integrity of that institution.”
Kavanaugh’s credibility will be tested this week as the Senate Judiciary Committee is set to hear sworn testimony from him and Christine Blasey Ford, the woman who alleges that he sexually assaulted her when they were teenagers decades ago and he was, in her words, “stumbling drunk.”
As Thursday’s hearing approached, three Yale Law School classmates who had endorsed Kavanaugh called for an investigation into her claims and those of the other woman, and Yale Law professor Akhil Amar — who taught Kavanaugh and testified on his behalf before the committee — called for a probe into what he described as “serious accusations.”

www.msn.com/en-us/money/markets/from-wall-street-to-chicago-markets-will-grind-to-halt-thursday/ar-AAAEKdA?li=BBnb7Kz Once again, Shaw’s Tavern in Washington is opening early for the big show on Capitol Hill. Last time, it was James Comey. Now, it’s Brett Kavanaugh, nominee for the Supreme Court, and the woman who has accused him of assaulting her when they were teenagers.
This time Shaw’s is offering bottomless mimosas for $15 -- last year it served a $10 “FBI sandwich.” Unseemly perhaps, given the delicate nature of the hearings and the broader #metoo movement? Rob Heim, the general manager, shrugs off such concerns. As he sees it, he’s just providing a place for people to gather and watch.
And watch, they will. Millions of Americans are once again sure to halt their normal routines Thursday to witness what is expected to be a riveting spectacle involving Kavanaugh and his accuser, Christine Blasey Ford. Many hours of productivity will be lost, no doubt. Traders say to expect a sleepy day on Wall Street as they stay glued to televisions.
"Markets are going to be looking at the TV screen and watching this reality TV show play out, rather than looking at the monitors wondering if the euro can move higher and break out here,” said Michael Purves, chief global strategist at Weeden & Co.
Or as Steve Kalayjian, 55, chief market strategist and co-founder of Ticker Tocker LLC, a trading platform, put it: “The S&P futures trading is going to flatline,” he said, extending his arm in a straight line as he hung out at a popular Chicago watering hole. “Only because everyone will be watching and not working.”
March Madness
Thursday will be "kind of like with March Madness," said Mike Bailey, director of research at FBB Capital Partners in Bethesda, Maryland. He noted the planned meeting between President Donald Trump and Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein on the same day. “So you could have a double whammy there in terms of even more eyeballs on DC.”
This is all assuming, of course, that lawmakers don’t make a last-minute decision to hold the Kavanaugh hearing behind closed doors.
The level of interest can be seen in the ratings for Kavanaugh’s interview on Fox News on Monday night. According to Nielsen, 3.6 million viewers watched, the biggest cable-news audience of the night and a smash for the 7 p.m. slot.
Fed Overshadowed
High-profile congressional hearings have drawn big TV audiences before. In 1991, more than 20 million homes watched Anita Hill’s testimony before a Senate panel that Clarence Thomas had sexually harassed her. Some 40 million people tuned in to see former Marine Corps Lieutenant Colonel Oliver North testify before Congress during the 1987 Iran-Contra hearings.
Mark Spindel, founder and chief investment officer of Potomac River Capital LLC in Washington, said the hearings are likely to overshadow even the Federal Reserve’s interest rate decision, expected Wednesday.
“The most boring event of the week now might be the Fed meeting,” he said, adding: “Those of us in Washington are sort of glued to this kind of political theater.”
While Spindel said the controversy constituted “a horrible series of accusations,” he, like others, doesn’t foresee any market repercussions.
Market Mischief
Not everyone, of course, will be glued to their TVs. Jamie Lissette, a senior consultant for Hammerstone Markets, said he’s so sick of the political noise that he’s blocked tweets containing the words "rosenstein," "kavanaugh" and "Brexit” from appearing his feed.
People like Mike Bailey see a possibility for the hearing to inadvertently cause some market mischief. His theory: The market generally is in a quiet period now, lacking earnings news or major economic data.
With so many eyeballs on Washington, any kind of news affecting a company where sentiment is already dicey could produce some volatility if liquidity dries up, he said. As examples, he pointed to Facebook Inc. and General Electric Co.
Kirsten Wegner, chief executive officer of the Modern Markets Initiative, an advocacy group for high-speed traders, said she’s closely tracking developments in the Kavanaugh case. READ MORE…
