maybe strange that I should defend Boone....he is doing better on letting guys play who are hitting...earlier in the year Voit would be sitting, despite showing a hot bat....it can be argued that Hicks should lead off and Brett drop to 9th...but Hicks is hitting in more of a power spot at 3rd, and heaven knows we need some hitting....Boone has hurt the Yankees with some cockeyed decisions this season, but dare I hope that he is "growing" as a manager?...……...that said, I'll tell you a sharp young manager and that is Kevin Cash....Casey is too old at this point...

Not feeling well today. Extremely tired for some reason, so I took a nap that started around 3:00.
Woke up to a no-hitter? ? ?
