l Don’t let him fool you. He’s Miracle Whip, at least here in Colorado. I don’t eat either one, but my wife prefers Miracle Whip… There are exceptions. I can eat it in egg salad or tuna if it’s kept kind of dry…. Miracle Whip isn't mayo...it's a miracle. BTW...Best Foods is running an ad campaign now featuring Kate McKinnon suggesting different ways to use mayo, in which she happily downs a huge spoonful. Ugh... Please so not speak so openly about eating mayo, Inger has PTSD for condiments. Unless it is well done beef or chicken fingers with BBQ sauce, he gets a little shaky.

An Imam.
But my personal belief is that no one has greater access to God than another person. If we're taking Sunni Islam, if Inger studied really hard and became an Imam, would he be allowed to wear his sombrero? I'm guessing not in the mosque? lol

I miss the real Huy Fong Sriracha sauce. The imitators just aren't the same. Yeah...actually the hotter the better for me. Tabasco is mild by comparison. I love hot peppers. Just started my spring seedlings that includes serrano, Lemon Starrburst Scotch Bonnet, shishito. Every season I experiment various hot peppers. Last season it was South American varieties (Aji peppers). This season I'm going with my standby. I have bags of hot peppers in the freezer, and some dehydrated. This season I will attempt to make "Cowboy Candies". I will say I have bottles upon bottles of hot sauce, from scotch bonnets to peri peri. Tabasco/Siracha has a place in flavor enhancers.

Are you a fan of thai food by chance? Its not the spiciest but its one of my favorites. And of course my mom makes the best spicy Bengali food.

Huy Fong Sriracha is back on the market. I recently bought a couple of bottles. Prices are reasonable. I see them in Asian market 28oz for $5- 8 dollars.

Yes, I like Thai, and Malaysian. A co worker gave me some homemade lemon and mango pickles it was delicious. She introduced me to "Golden Temple Wheat flour" in making Chapati / Roti. Various spices are needed to make authentic Indian cuisine. I bet your mom is a fantastic cook.

Whenever I visit her, she insists on cooking some of my favorite Bengali dishes but I took her out tonight.
Yes, I love all the Indian breads including Chapati and Roti but my favorite is Garlic Naan.

While I enjoy spice, I draw a quicker line for excessive heat when it comes to a Scotch Bonnet. Too much for me. A little goes a long way.
