I think Florial very likely just became a trade chip with the Hicks signing. In theory Hicks could be the LF of the future (should Frazier not pan out) but hes young and highly regarded as far as prospects go. Have to imagine the Yankees would want to extend Judge, hes the face of their franchise and Florial is still a little ways away...seems like future may not be here. But these things do have a way of changing quickly.

He has fallen a little bit in the prospects rankings list this year (for whatever that is worth) so I would hope if they move him they do it at the right time before he loses too much value. This year is definitely going to be big for him one way or another (to show if hes going to be for real and has a future with the Yanks or whether hes going to get something legit back for the Yanks as a trade chip).

I would rather a million times spend time on this board than fold those wretched clothes that I have let stack up for weeks now.

Writing civil engineering reports doesn't really get the soul stirring. I shouldn't complain. I can work from home and it beats commuting. I am so ready for baseball to get started properly. Another month to wait is too much.
If I were pipps I would just hop on a plane and go to one of the eight or so countries in the world he hasn't visited yet.

Looks like folding clothes will be the most exciting thing I do today. Michael Kay tweeted he’s going to interview Reggie Jackson. Not sure how that compares to folding laundry, might need to know more information about the laundry.

Reggie's parents actually operated a dry cleaning business in Cheltenham outside of Philly, so it is quite possible that Reginald Martinez did himself at one time fold laundry for fun and profit. And among their customers was the Netanyahu family, one of whose sons is currently Prime Minister of Israel and another of whom died in the raid on a hijacked plane in Entebbe many years ago. Small world.

If I were pipps I would just hop on a plane and go to one of the eight or so countries in the world he hasn't visited yet. I saw what you did there Kaybli. Believe me, there are a lot more than eight that I haven't been to. But we did just get back a few days ago from Antigua and Montserrat in the Caribbean. Antigua is the only one that counts as a new country, because Montserrat is a British Overseas Territory, and the people who set the rules for these things insist that to count as a new country it has to be self-governing. So Greenland and Bermuda, for example, don't count, but Nauru in the South Pacific, which would probably fit comfortably inside the borough of Queens, does. Is there no justice in this world?

I love Antigua...thats where me and the mrs went for our honeymoon (Sandals). What a beautiful place. Played golf at Cedar Valley.
