This doesn’t have anything to do with today’s game but I am sharing it anyway.

I have a friend who is Cashman hating, Yankee fan and we argue all the time. I tell him, I've had my problems with Cash over the years, but look at his track record the past few seasons. Hicks, Voit, LeMahieu, Paxton, Torres, Frazier. Put those six players against all the guys that were traded for them and those trades may be even more lopsided. And that doesn't include Happ last season. I know Chapman is one of the tradees, but he's not as good as he was when the Yankees dealt him.
On a side note, watching LeMaihieu play has been a great pleasure. He reminds me of a lot players the Yanks had in the fifties. I bet Pipps remembers a lot about those teams. They always had those gritty (ugh), jack of all trades players who were one of the biggest reasons they won so much in that decade.
Sorry, meds kicking in.

Happ looks like he’s done so now we can see what interesting plan Boonie has to fuck this one up.

I was skeptical about how he would hit away from Coors but I was wrong.
