True. So true. The problem here is that Ruth and I were going out to dinner, they were just finished removing the tarp. With that huge puddle in LF, it was sort of obvious there was going to be a big problem. I think within an hour or so, maybe less... they could have made the call on this one. MLB has too many layers to wade through to make a common sense on field decision. Just like all corporations, somebody with no stake in the situations wants to do a study first... |

Actually, I’d rather endure rain outs instead of stupid pop up rules and while ceilings. What dumbass thought of a white ceiling for baseball? There are millions of colors that would contrast with white, but off-white is not one of the better ones... <Rant over>... |

I love stratomatic but I never bunt. Hit and run and steal but never bunt.
I think a retractable roof would have made sense. Doubleheaders are a bad thing, you split too often.
