Holder was so terrible in August last season, that he was after thought down the stretch. The YES guys said it best tonight, he gets two strikes on a hitter but can't finish them off. That’s not exactly true. Go back and look at his game logs. You’ll see lots of zeros in the runs column - even in August. He had one horrible outing against Boston, which really skewed his numbers: zero outs and seven runs. This season, he has not had any really good stretches. |
