Grichuk is getting to be one of those not so great hitters that is a real pain vs. the Yankees...He’s batting around .370 against us this season...

Grichuk is getting to be one of those not so great hitters that is a real pain vs. the Yankees...He’s batting around .370 against us this season... His OPS coming into this game was 1.114 this season against the Yankees (.870 for his career against NY). |

Gift hit on a ball that should have been caught. That’s one of the few things Didi doesn’t do well defensively, moving backwards and/or turning his back on pop-ups to the shallow outfield grass. Jeter was not real good defensively at SS, but one thing he did exceptionally well, I thought, was going back on popups.... |
