Solid lineup. Encarnacion is beginning to drop in the queue, which is a good thing until he starts hitting like he has his entire career. Which begs the question, is he suddenly done? Did the clock run out on his being arguably the premier RBI/Power bat in the league? Come on, reverse jinx! It worked for Tauchman yesterday!  Good work with the reverse jinx! |

The name Willy Adames always makes me think of the Beatles’ Lady Madonna. I mentioned to my kids that it looks like his name is misspelled becaue if the e in the last name. Which led to a discussion of how Adames should be pronounced. Which resulted in the new pronunciation in our home which is “Wile E. A. Dumbass” |
