Savages. Tighten this shit right up. I have never enjoyed Aaron Boone as much as I did in that moment. I really would not have thought Boone had that in him. I'm not even sure exactly what all of it meant, but I liked the fire-breathing invective. It changed, to some degree, my view of him. None of it made any sense. Batshit crazy. And I usually hate this stuff. But I love it.

In case you guys aren't watching on MLB, they just said Yogi caught both games of a double header.....117 times. 117!

bad defense gives us a lead off double. Let us score a run Nothing bad about that defense. Great placement of a hard hit ball by Romine...

Judge needs to hold off on any curve. If he can throw it for a strike, so be it. Sit fastball.

My grandfather said the best pitcher he ever saw was Satchel Paige. Saw him in an exhibition game in his prime. Wow. That had to be great to witness. He apparently was very very tough.....I saw him, I think 3 times in 1948, and this is not to take anything away from Satchel because he probably was in his 60's....but I am like 99% sure he was loading some pitches...and I didn't blame him at all...

Ol' Satch helped the Indians in '48...really too bad most people were not able to see him in his prime....I have a feeling, if society had been different, Satchel would be a pitching gold standard... My grandfather said the best pitcher he ever saw was Satchel Paige. Saw him in an exhibition game in his prime. Man. I slobber at the thought of that, desousa. It would give me chills if only I could just hear him tell that first hand account story. I assume your grand dad to no longer be living?...

I think Satchel was known for bending the rules to his advantage. The hesitation pitch skirted the edges of what was allowable.
