Bottom of the lineup coming through! As it has the entire year. Torres, Urshela, LeMahieu, Maybin, Tauchman, Frazier, Gardner, Estrada...some have just moved up in the order. Also, Valera has been raking at AAA. Next man up! |

James Thurber expressed my philosophy on that. The battle may not always go to the brave of heart nor the race to the fleet of foot - but that is the way to bet.
Anything can happen. Somethings are a lot more likely to happen than others. What I feel is frustrating is that Houston made the effort to improve themselves and I honestly doubt Cashman did, because he lives for cheap deals and you have to give up talent for talent.
But I could be entirely wrong of course. Hard to belie that teams would trade with Houston, the Braves, and Tampa but not us. We have not been the dominant team in the majors in a long time.
