I sure hope Adams strands these two base runners that belong to Paxton. 👍 He did. It’s one of those games...

Urshela is not listed in the MLB stats leaders for batting. He would be 4th. I am not sure why he is not listed he has at least 293 at bats. You used to only need 250 at bats to qualify - guess they changed it. The standard has always been 3.1 plate appearances per every game your team has played. After tonight, the Yankees have played 114 games, so Geo would need 353 plate appearances to qualify for the batting title, 502 appearances over a 162 game schedule. Opps, just saw that you guys already answered this. I'm never gonna get up 502 times this year

I can’t right “except”. I either have to be right or wrong. You are correct. It is 3.1. I had forgotten that which I had remembered... At least we both got our heads screwed back on in the right position...For now.., One can be mostly right ...and you were. Well I still don’t have to like it... (:

It's sad to be the only one who danced to Glenn Miller, Tommy Dorsey, Les Brown, and others.....music just hasn't been the same since....and the girl singers.....no one to discuss who was better...…...I know you guys never heard her sing, but Julie London was hot.... Married to Dragnet star Jack Webb....among others.

Has to be strange being Maybin wondering if after the great season you have you will be in the play offs. But maybe MLB players don't think about such things which could drive you crazy. Seize the moment

This is absurd. It's not like football, where you can hand the ball off and run out the clock.
