Toronto has been playing tough lately. Not surprised they haven’t rolled over. Young, hungry, talented group of hitters. Just took two of three from Tampa Bay. This gang is going to be tough in a few years. They need a massive overhaul of their pitching staff. |

We will need a lot of new pitchers soon as well ... One starter and a healthy Severino, that's not a lot. I think we will need to replace CC Tanaka and Happ soon |

Management is going to have a tough time rethinking what this team has done and how it was accomplished. Seems to me the current mix has shown that putting the bat on the ball, especially with runners on, is a better way to go than 10 k's and a hr.

I don't think Hicks is getting traded., since for the future, he's the team's best defensive CF.
Gardner is 36 and a free agent. Maybin is in his low 30's, a free agent. Hicks and Stanton will be needed next season.

I wouldn't be surprised if the re-signed Garner and traded Hicks. Florial is just around the corner and Tauchman can play center to spell Gardner in the meanwhile.
