We seem to say this a lot with the Yankees. Is this only for the yankees or are batters adjusting to the shift This really wasn't the shift more than it was playing in the infield in when you're up two runs. That single is probably a ground out with the infield back, they did the same thing last night. |

On ground balls and short liners with the infield in, the team batting scores at least one run 49% of the time; however, the bad part is that hitters bat 70 points higher with the infield in.

Trout and Ohtani went 0-8 and LAA left 17 baserunners on in losing 5-4. Annoying
