Zen fought wars with the Red Sox faithful. I suspect I was his equivalent on the Yankee board except in those days there were so few Yankee fans that the game threads were way to many posts by me (and no one to give me a hard time). It used to be a running joke (except in Red Sox games where many showed up). Hobbes was wacky. My memory is not great but Joeseagull was the moderator for a long time (as was I and chi much later).

Strangely the Dodgers batting order is on line but not the Yankee one. I had forgotten the pitcher bats since it is a NL park. Let us just hope Paxton is not hurt

Kaybli, when did you start posting? You must have been a baby at a Fisher-Price keyboard! I had just been kicked off another board for making fun of Womack too much so I took my Womack hating to the scout board and found a bunch of knowledgeable posters and became a regular! |

Rizz, I remember Red Sox fans like TrotNixonForPresident and Sox in SD who were good posters on a Yankees board. There was also a weird Sox fan named Zen who was always putting down his own team and who was strongly disliked by the other Sox fans. We used to have another good older poster who went by bangbangplay, but he left long ago. We also had a poster who went by Scooter. Yes! That’s the guy! Trot was a cool baseball fan and objective in his posts. |

I would have sat Gardner, but I think since he just had a couple of days off, Boone decided that a guy that would give up his left anything to stay in the line up needed a day off...
