Looks like Boone is pissed at German. He should be. He walks the backup catcher and then a sloppy lazy delivery walked Grossman on a pitch he didn’t finish. I liked seeing that from Boone. Got in his grill on the mound and then smoothed things over in the dugout. |

Don’t feel great about that Strange choice for the 6th inning and a well rested pen. He has some really quality pitches but at times his command is not good. That said they need to decide if he’s in the mix or not. |

Loaisiga may just have taken a positive step forward. He got himself in trouble, became pissed at himself, then reached back and found a different gear. Let’s hope so, anyway. This kid has such nasty stuff, just needs some arrogance to trust it.
And, a fantastic play by Didi didn’t hurt!
