I’ve noticed that Ottavino has that same expressionless demeanor...Maybe they got that out of the Colorado air... I understand there are places in Colorado where just inhaling can take one on a trip.....have you run into that sort of air in Pueblo? Sadly... yes. The County to our north, El Paso doesn’t allow the grows. Pueblo County does. On the other hand, we were at 11,027 feet last week end. That nice crisp, clean air gives a much more exhilarating high that I hope I get to experience a few more times before the heavy snows set in. It was 100 degree day in Pueblo, probably high 70’s with a sweet breeze where we were. It was sort of sad to descend back into the valleys and feel the temperature rising again...

Seems like the Yanks stole one today. Credit German, Johnny L. and Green for pitching out of jams and keeping the A's at 3 runs. Agree Chi. Plus, because I may never get to say this again, nice job by Cory Gearrin with two scoreless innings when the Yanks were up against it with the pen. Rosters expand tomorrow, so at least some warm bodies are on the way. How effective they will be remains to be seen. lol, of course Cory Gearrin has the only Yankees win against the A's this season. That's they was things have gone for the Yanks.

I think he's more of a DFA candidate, since the Yanks will need 40 man roster spots if and when they activate Severino, Betances, Stanton, Montgomery or Heller.

He will probably be along the lines of Willie Banks, Ryan Bradley, Joe Borowski and Jay Tessmer, each of whom won one game for the 1998 Yankees. Mike Buddie actually won four games for that team. They can fade quickly.

glad we won. I watched Florida State destroy itself. One of the more baffling loses.

I thought the runner was out at 2nd base too, but they didn't challenge that either.

It ironic, but yesterday morning I was reading somewhere that the Yankees were one of the best teams in the league at challenging calls and getting them reversed. They certainly messed up that inning.
