Tarpley seems to find every way possible to pitch into jams...Lots of baserunners for that lad... But he fans Dr. Vinnie Benboom... Kay & Cone were talking about his potential as a loogy on the post season roster, but I don't think so. Yea. I'll pass. |

Kay & Cone were talking about his potential as a loogy on the post season roster, but I don't think so. I know we won’t see it, but I’d use CC as a LOOGY first... I know he's a veteran and a team leader but I don't trust CC in any role in the playoffs unfortunately. I hope he doesn't cost us. |

He’s done fine vs. lefties. If they used him as a true LOOGY, he would only see a batter or two...Yes. Limit the damage while still giving him due respect... Now watch him come back from the IL and pitch scoreless ball the rest of the season... |
