In Chicago, "the mercury will go from record lows in the 20s below zero during the middle of this week to about 40 above zero by the end of the weekend, a swing of about 60 degrees,” according to AccuWeather meteorologist Bill Deger.
Really not normal weather. |

40 will feel like a heat wave! Thinking of you Chi. We're supposed to go down to 4 below in the Western burbs of Philly tonight, with -15 wind chill, but that's San Diego compared to what you are dealing with. Think Grapefruit League. |

I really hate cold weather and this is beyond anything I've ever experienced in Chicago. That’s obscene. Stay safe. I feel for ANYONE suffering in this unusual COLD FREEZING WEATHER. ESPECIALLY the Poor, the Homeless, etc.
However, this is nothing, compared to what sadly, we will face in the Near Future = Global Warming OR as I call it Devastating Deadly Extreme Climate Events (DDECE).
Sorry to be the Messenger of Bad News; but it is called = Science.
