I tested negative for covid. I don't know what it was on Friday, but I sure felt like I had it again. Well that's good news at least. How are you feeling now? |

I thought you avoided it for health reasons. Honestly...I've never met anyone who didn't like bacon.  I saw a situation that I believe I reported to this group in the past. I was at a good old country gentleman’s home once for an appointment to install a gas appliance. His grandsons were in the back yard playing football. The old man had a big pot, and was stirring it, saying it was supper. Nice, fatty bacon in hot water. Not nice, crispy bacon, like we all love, but fatty, slimy uncooked bacon. He called the boys in for supper. Each one of the six glanced in the pot as they walked by and with a smile they all said “I’m not really hungry Grampa.”, and marched through the house as they piled in a car. Before Grampa sat down to meet with me, he remarked. “Durn kids. I go out of my way to make them a good dinner, GOOD dinner, GOOD FOOD, mind you, and they won’t eat.” Then he continued on of course about in his childhood they ate what was…. Blah, blah, blah…, paint chips, sniff glue, blah, blah… The kids were smarter than the old man. |

The judges will allow it since there is no cash prize involved, Bob… |

In written final jeopardy answers, a question mark is not required. |
