Possible good news for Mike Ford Wonder if there are any implications about Edwin Encarnacion as well? Can you keep Voit, Ford AND EE? I like them all, but Voit has not hit well since coming off his last stint on the IL. EE just hasn't played enough in my opinion. Can you afford to have him re-acclimating in the playoffs? All signs point to Edwin being on the roster and in the lineup. I agree with you that you really can’t carry all three of them. I think either Voit is left off or they decide to let Ford travel with the team as a reward for the season which is something they can do even if he isn’t on the roster I believe. Personally, and it bums me to say this because I am a big fan of his, but I would keep Voit off the roster and take Edwin and Ford as well as Wade. |

That A's/Astros ALDS matchup isn't looking so good right now. Very surprising. 3-0 Tampa early lead. That was a moonshot to CF by Garcia but with this goofy stadium, I wasn't sure if it was a HR right away. |
