I noticed this its pretty hilarious how much of the Braves Roster is like a pieced together roster of previous Yankees and former veterans of other AL east teams:  You got former Orioles Darren O'day and Nick Markakis, Former Ray Matt Joyce, Former Yankees Shane Greene, Mark Melancon, Francisco Cervelli, Adeiny Hechavarría, and Brian McCann. Former Blue Jay Josh Donaldson. So 9/25 players are former AL East players. |

How did Houston have Cole and Verlander and then improve their starters? Its been decades since I saw a group of starters this dominant.

The price tag for Cole just keeps going up, up and up. He’s one of the few that I believe the Yankees should go after next season. Last year, I didn’t want either Harper or Machado. Cole is a difference maker. |
