Hate it for CC. He's been a Yankee warrior for a long time. But, the decision to leave him off the roster is the correct one. He hasn't been effective with an ERA approaching 6.00. he can only go 2 or 3 games before something gets hurt, usually the knee, and he's out again for 2+ weeks. Love the guy and what he's done for the Yankees, but it's the end of the road.

Love the guy and what he's done for the Yankees, but it's the end of the road. So true. When something catches on fire, the firemen don’t rush to the museum and an get a model that no longer works. They get the most up to date equipment they have and rush out to knock the fire out... Time to put CC in a nice decorative display case. I just hope we don’t have to suffer through long camera shots and interviews of him in the booth while we should be watching the game... |

I just came here to post the same link as Kay, he beat me to it.
Ice cold Voit instead of the hot hitting Ford and Lyons on the roster are the only two moves I wouldn't have made.
