And to think we sent Green to the minors at one point this season. I would've left him in to finish inning though I would have, too. He had only thrown 26 pitches.

Ottavino has not looked like Ottavino lately. Neither has Kahnle. I guess Boone will use Britton and Chapman for innings 7,8,9...if we still have the lead. I don't think those one batter outings really helped him.

You just cannot expect every pitcher in the bullpen to be lights out. That is the real value of a great starter. Of course, the Yankees pulled Tanaka at 68 pitches...
