2019 Yankees in the postseason: 5-0 with Stanton 0-3 without Stanton He didn’t do a damn thing tonight, but the Stanton effect is real. Don’t ask for proof, it’s just a fact. While EE has a lot of home runs he is not a potential top 3 player of the entire league. Stanton has been that player and if the injuries ever subside can still be that player. You can get EE out on 3 pitches free swinging.

While it varies with the desert, soils can have nutrients. What they lack is water which means there is no grass to hold the soil in. Geez, thanks Mr. Know-It-All... Now a word from our sponsor, followed by another episode of Rocky and Bullwinkle, entitled “I see Noetsi” or... “No One Expected The Simplistic Inquisition, but Noetsi answered anyway”... Actually, I do believe that all of us knew what a desert was, but thanks for the update...

Hilarious that an extreme pessimist and critic of the slightest failure of the team is being asked to continue to bring us good fortune... He’s being asked as a reverse jinx, I suppose...

I just think with him in the lineup they are less likely to pitch around the person before him. With EE In they rather take their chances at throwing him junk than deal with the guy before but with Stanton they know yea he might strike out but his chances of getting a hit are higher.

It's weird but it seems like the Yankees played better in Houston than New York. They might actually have a shot. Game 6 favors them and they did have 9 base runners vs Cole they just didn't score.

Before this game there was a +1350 bet on the Yankees to still win the Series in 7. I stopped gambling but I should have got back in the game for 100 or 200 dollars and made that bet.

I hope you saw the guy behind home plate with the "Joe Buck Sucks" t-shirt.
