Time for MLB to now go after the players! Make them wear wireless buzzers up their asses that the fans can push at their discretion. “Hey, Altuve! Here’s your slider”! BZZZZTTT!...

They'll NEVER go after the players. The union is too powerful for amount of players that would get fucked

This situation probably mirrors the PED situation more than we’ll ever know. More users than non-users. How does it get to be 2020 before allegations from 2017 are addressed? We’re being scammed and shammed. It’s nothing new. We were raised to believe in Santa Claus, the Easter Bunny. Sandman, Tooth Fairies and a blond-haired, blue eyed Jesus that watched over us constantly. Our President and all of our congressmen loved us and protected us. As a species, human beings are filthy and greedy. We’ll take anything that’s not nailed down and often do so through special laws that help us do it. But we pretend that we’re all good...In the big picture, it’s so meaningless that all we can do is watch and participate on any level we desire...

Going forward, players that are caught wearing personal devices should be banned. Zero tolerance. No first time offense wrist slapping. Banned for life. How else can we trust the product?...

One of the reasons that I didn’t comment on Chapman smiling following the series-ending homer was my personal interpretation of the reaction. To me, Chapman’s smile was genuinely one of incredulity: “How could they lay-off those pitches?” Now, we know. Chapman could not fathom the commitment to both those takes and those swings. An incredulous smile. Accurate and fitting.

I’d be pissed off and extremely disappointed but not surprised. There’s nothing about the Yankees that’s super ethical or immune to a cheating culture. They actively sought cheaters before and made excuses for the cheaters on the team before, not decades ago, recently under this ownership and this GM. So it wouldn’t shock me but I also haven’t seen a reason to believe that’s happened this time. Yet.

Maybe kind of a “when in the hell are we going to get this sh*t stopped”? kind of grin. Realistically, if the players are going to certain of what pitch is being thrown, someone is going to get killed standing on that mound...
