We should have hit better with runners in scoring position, then. And, what investigative journalist wouldn’t go after the Yankees, if this were the case. There is a reason electronic devices were banned. I know one thing, Encarnacion has no trouble hitting a fastball. In the series, he had no idea what was coming. He was lost at the plate. |

Feel better, Señor inger! About seven weeks of this stuff now. All that’s really left is the sore throat with cough. That and infected ears and swollen lymph glands. The sinuses are “almost” clear, but they still have enough gunk in them to give me an annoying post-nasal drip. I’ve coughed so much and so violently that my solar plexus hurt. I think the tiredness, headache and weakness are also from the violent coughing. Yet, this is progress. Could be worse. At least I’m not complaining... 😂 |

This situation probably mirrors the PED situation more than we’ll ever know. More users than non-users. How does it get to be 2020 before allegations from 2017 are addressed? We’re being scammed and shammed. It’s nothing new. We were raised to believe in Santa Claus, the Easter Bunny. Sandman, Tooth Fairies and a blond-haired, blue eyed Jesus that watched over us constantly. Our President and all of our congressmen loved us and protected us. As a species, human beings are filthy and greedy. We’ll take anything that’s not nailed down and often do so through special laws that help us do it. But we pretend that we’re all good...In the big picture, it’s so meaningless that all we can do is watch and participate on any level we desire... That about sums it up, inger. Evolution has failed on this planet if mankind is the best it can produce. |

Listened to CCs podcast yesterday on the flight home. He’s pretty pissed off about all of this. In his mind as close as 2017 was, Houston won by cheating. Pretty strong words if there’s any chance the NYY also had cheated in any way. Ruocco also said they will have Jomboy on their podcast as a guest. |

We should be happy we got rid of Beltran when we did.
I think all the managers/coaches should be placed on the permanent ineligible list.

they won't go after players because then no player will turn anyone in.
A better idea would be to offer rewards for players to turn people in. Knowing they would turn people in would discourage anyone from using the system.
