Doesn’t seem like something to overreact to. Makes more sense to get him tested and see what’s up than it does for him to be taking swings against the Tigers AAA relievers today.

When is Ellsbury coming back... They released him in the off season, he'll probably never play again.

yeah I know. He has not played since 2017. Hopefully Stanton does not follow him.

In the two years they have been teammates, Judge and Stanton have been in the same lineup a grand total of 80 out of a possible 324 games. Not sure what the number would be if you throw Hicks in there to make it all three starting OFers together, but I'd bet the number is less than 40.

Bad stats of course. So frustrating that these two can't stay healthy.

Although last year it was nearly zero, with Stanton only playing 18 games and Judge missing a ton of games too. It's too bad that we may never get to see these guys play together over an extended period. If you count Judge's late season call-up in 2016, this is the fourth time in five seasons that he has missed significant time from an injury. The Yanks are off to a fast start to top last year's all-time injury record. Although losing Ellsbury and Bird makes it more challenging.
