Good stats pipps! I mean good find. Bad stats of course. So frustrating that these two can't stay healthy. A sad stat for sure Kaybli. That came from one of the mlbtv guys, and it sounded a bit low to me. Although last year it was nearly zero, with Stanton only playing 18 games and Judge missing a ton of games too. It's too bad that we may never get to see these guys play together over an extended period. If you count Judge's late season call-up in 2016, this is the fourth time in five seasons that he has missed significant time from an injury. The Yanks are off to a fast start to top last year's all-time injury record. Although losing Ellsbury and Bird makes it more challenging. There's no injury thread this year. Maybe that will slow down the injury curse this year!

[img class="smile" src="//storage.proboards.com/6828121/images/cYJDdrfMoRBryreIqHCt.gif" alt=" "] Missing our two big boppers on opening day, just perfect. In the two years they have been teammates, Judge and Stanton have been in the same lineup a grand total of 80 out of a possible 324 games. Not sure what the number would be if you throw Hicks in there to make it all three starting OFers together, but I'd bet the number is less than 40. The idea of all three of those guys in the OF and lineup healthy at the same time is amazing. Given the injury history for each of them it probably isn’t something we will see much of.

How many other teams enter opening day w/ their outfield consisting of their 4th 5th and 6th outfielder... Good thing our reserves there are as good as a lot of other teams starters...

Yep, that's what is so frustrating. It seems as if on paper this could be a historically great team -- amazing talent, amazing depth -- and even with the record-setting injuries, back to back 100 win seasons. I would love to see what they could do if you could roll out the starters for say 130 games.

On the other end of the spectrum, you have the 36 year old Brett Gardner. He just keeps chugging along.

Stanton! And that's Zach Britton pitching, before Eric Kratz nailed him with a comebacker.

It looks like the protector is for the coach

Luis Cessa threw 3.2 innings today, giving up only one hit with seven strikeouts!
