Some songs just have memories and emotion and excitement and pain all wrapped up together.

How about both?! You're a good sport, Chi. I don't know if Chi Chi Yankee will ever become as big as Senor Inger but he has a place in all our hearts <3 It depends on how much of that deep dish pizza he eats and if he ever becomes a couch potato like me instead of running all the time. I bet he doesn’t even have a car. Runs to work in the morning, runs back home for lunch, after which he works out, then runs back to work, runs to the grocery store after work, runs through there selecting his items, stands in line 23 minutes to check out, then runs home carrying 11 bags of groceries. Eats dinner then goes for a run, comes home, has the runs, and runs upstairs to bed…

Coming back from the doctor's office yesterday (been coughing up phlegm for 18 straight days, keeping me up at night), this song came on my Spotify. Put me in a good mood after the imps at the office sent my prescriptions to the wrong pharmacy, which led to another three hours of misadventures and a waste of a Saturday.

What is the record in that category? Let me check the old Guinness book to see if they have that in their archives. Odetta is great, of course, but I have another song more directly relevant to your condition. www.youtube.com/watch?v=GbUYjvZ-scw

What did the doctor say rizz? Hope you're okay bud. They took an X-ray and told me I had some form of bronchitis, gave me two shots in the buttocks of some steroidal, prescribed Prednisone and Azithromyicin, and cough syrup with codeine. I hoped the latter would help me to sleep, but I was up all night until I napped from 9:00 AM to noon. Other than the symptoms, I feel fine. The biggest problem is when I am in a prone position, the phlegm in my throat and lungs causes couching, spitting green gunk into tissues, and absolutely no sleep. I have not had a full night's sleep in 18 days. Very irritating and tiring. I should have gone to the doctor earlier, but I did not realize how many days this has been with me. I was on the phone with my eldest brother and he asked how long I've had symptoms. I thought it was a week, but when I began looking at the calendar in my head, it was nearly three weeks. I needed to work this weekend, but that's not going to happen. Hopefully, I can get some semblance of sleep, even four or five hours would help.

At least you know how Barry Bonds and Clemens felt with those shots! Jokes aside, I hope you feel better. Maybe get some recommendations from your doctor on how to sleep with the symptoms you have. Sleep is so important. Hard to function without it. Keep us posted.
