And Elton John sang about a Tiny Dancer. And Tiny Tim sang about tulips. And then there was Leapy Lee singing about "Little Arrows." There's one the oldies stations never touch. I think Tiny Tim sang more about the tip-toeing than the tulips 🌷… He made a lot of money on that song, but blew most of it on Miss Vicki before she left him.

I've mentioned this before, but speaking of Tiny Tim and with the upcoming Holiday Season, I'd like to "recommend" listening to his version of Oh Holy Night. There's really nothing quite like it (thankfully). You'll never hear that song the same way again. He was one of a kind. Again, thankfully. On the other side of the ledger, Flo Ballard of The Supremes who had such a short tragic life did a beautiful solo of "Oh Holy Night" that is on my regular Christmas song rotation. But never before the second week of December.

Puts into question the old saying that imitation is the highest form of flattery. Kind of a lounge lizzardy rendition. Unique, as you might expect.

A fun Christmas vidio from an unlikely source.

Well, Don Ho did sing about tiny bubbles. And Elton John sang about a Tiny Dancer. And Tiny Tim sang about tulips. And then there was Leapy Lee singing about "Little Arrows." There's one the oldies stations never touch. There was also "Music Box Dancer" by Frank Mills. One of my favorite instrumental songs.

Is there such a thing as fake bubbles? What would determine a real bubble? Is there a difference in price or performance? This is too deep for me. Ask my mother… I remember watching that show with my parents and my Mom saying to me "look at all those bubbles". I'm pretty sure that my Mom was trying to make it fun for me to watch that show. At my age at the time she might as well been reading me the Gettysburg's Address. "Four score and seven years ago"...ZZZzzzzzzzz

I would listen to it, but I'm afraid that his version of "Oh Holy Night" might keep playing over and over again in my head. To each their own, but I prefer listening to my favorite version of "Oh Holy Night" sung by Carrie Underwood.

I always enjoy listening to "Christmas Canon Rock" by The Trans-Siberian Orchestra.

I always enjoy listing to "Christmas Canon Rock" by The Trans-Siberian Orchestra. I just heard that song this morning while I was getting ready for work. There's a radio station out here in Chicago that plays Christmas music nonstop from the day after Halloween to New Year's Day. My wife listens to it all the time in our kitchen.

Yeah, I'm not sure exactly the day they start, but we also have a radio station that plays Christmas songs 24/7.
