We all know Glasnow's ERA is not representative of how tough he can be. Hopefully, the Yankees can extend his pitch count, and get a few runs in doing so. I hate the starting rotation we almost always face from Tampa.

First strike out for Cole ends the inning. Only the solo dinger thus far.

A trumpism...
Given all the injuries I think they should play andujar a few solid weeks. He was awesome once upon a time. We should give him a chance before kicking him to the corner.
Ford is that LH bat that provides some balance to the lineup. Andujar does not have a defensive position, and when Stanton comes back, he doesn't have an offensive position either. He is what he is. A man who doesn't fit into the Yankee roster. He will get a few more AB's before Stanton comes back, and then? just an opinion. Who knows if Stanton is coming back any more than he did last year (well for more than a few games). He won't be back for quite a while at the earliest. Andujar is, well was, a world class bat. Ford is not comparable. My comments assumed if we give him a chance he could return to that level. Which of course might not be true. He might not recover.

Sanchez is starting to fall out of favor with me... I think we need to start looking for viable alternatives via trade, in the off season, the latest
