A trumpism...
Given all the injuries I think they should play andujar a few solid weeks. He was awesome once upon a time. We should give him a chance before kicking him to the corner.
Ford is that LH bat that provides some balance to the lineup. Andujar does not have a defensive position, and when Stanton comes back, he doesn't have an offensive position either. He is what he is. A man who doesn't fit into the Yankee roster. He will get a few more AB's before Stanton comes back, and then? just an opinion. I'd still run Andujar out there every day at DH over Ford until Stanton comes back. Not that long ago he put up rookie of the year numbers (though Ohtani got it).

Sanchez is starting to fall out of favor with me... I think we need to start looking for viable alternatives via trade, in the off season, the latest JT Realmuto is a free agent.

Who knows if Stanton is coming back any more than he did last year (well for more than a few games). He won't be back for quite a while at the earliest. Andujar is, well was, a world class bat. Ford is not comparable. My comments assumed if we give him a chance he could return to that level. Which of course might not be true. He might not recover. well, being it's Stanton, you're right that he may not come back. If he doesn't Andujar will get more AB's, and hopefully he mashes.

Choi smfh... love him, but Voit is better Choi looks like a big, friendly teddy-bear guy. Probably would be a good friend. The guy can hit some too. I love Choi. Hate that he's with the Rays now.

I read the comment and assumed it was him. It's a compliment though... not a bad thing. Engage in any banter you choose... no one here will get offended

Remember Enrique Wilson vs. Pedro? Who’s your daddy? Matsui truly was Pedro's daddy in the World Series.
