The Yankees put out their best lineup of the season and of course they are getting shutout. It appears Perez is done for the night. He has a few starts each year where he’s incredible. We happened to bump into him on one of those nights tonight. I’d sure like to see us get some runs against Sad Sack and company in this bullpen. This doesn’t have to go in the loss column tonight...

Happy birthday to former Yankees first baseman and forgotten AL Home Run champ, Nick Etten. In 1944, the lefty hitting Etten lead the AL with a disturbingly low total of 22 HR. He was 30 years old at the time, afforded more playing time because of WW2, Etten also lead the AL in bases on balls that year with 97. In 1945 he followed up his HR title by leading the AL with 111 RBIs... Etten is so forgotten that I never heard of him.

Hypothesis Player A hits the ball slowly where there is no fielder Player B hits the ball hard at people Player A gets on more. Your Hypothesis is nonsense. A player can't control the ball steering it to where there are no fielders. Noetsi lives in fantasy land

Sanchez is coming up with two outs and the bases loaded while Frazier is on deck.
Great work Boone.
