Might have been the worst at bat of the season on Stant.

Where was that Stanton strike zone the previous inning?

In fairness to our pitchers our hitters never showed up. Should have used green rather than Britton. But you can't really complain about your pitchers when your hitters score one run ? I don't get this one. Instead of using Britton when they did use Green. Then Britton. Like last night

And Chapman lets some nobody beat him. That nobody has a career .939 OPS against lefties. He’s two for two off them tonight. Chapman dominated him earlier in this series and in the regular season. Typical Chapman, coming up small in the biggest moments.

Voit trying to hit a home run. Why can't we just get hits instead if swinging for the fence

Ridiculous how do you score 1 run. Sucks cause the Yankees would have had the a great shot at the Astros with no verlander.

The Astros end going further in the postseason than Cole in the Yankees.

Crappy season. Once again nobody cant stay healthy, half the starting pitching is not there.

Typical Chapman, coming up small in the biggest moments. That is why I am not a great fan of chapman. Too many home runs in big games. But it was an offensive failure. LMH Voit and Stanton all played their worse game of the series against a team who's starter left in the third. It does not help that we can not manufacture runs.

Give Chapman credit. He was losing pitcher in a team's post season elimination game two years in a row. That's a high level of chokeness there.

Crappy season. Once again nobody cant stay healthy, half the starting pitching is not there. I'm not sure how much the starting pitching can be blamed. Cole gave up 1 run and 1 hit. Montgomery did what they needed. Cole won the first game. If you want to blame anyone Tanaka didn't come out strong but it's really more of the bs of game 2 where they had the best chance of winning outside of tonight. The offense even in losses most of the season didn't just score a run and nothing else so it was weird to see them not score past the 1 tonight.
