The Cole train returns to make another stop in San Diego on its tour. Hopefully the tour includes another two stops against our familiar foes from Houston. Before that though the Yankees have to win this one versus 2 days rest Glasnow, 3 days rest snell, the multiple 98 mph relievers that have problems throwing strikes, and the manager that thought the Cole train would be making an appearance in Game 4. All aboard.

Love it Anthony! Let's go Yankees!
My apologizes to all for being in a dinner party during this all important do or die game. I will be watching the game though and will try to post as much as I can from my phone.

Choices: Food Baseball One nourishes the body, the other the soul. I think your choice is reasonable. Enjoy...

I had company last night and wasn't able to watch the game. So glad Montgomery was able give 4 innings of one run ball.
Saw this on Twitter and thought of Dome.
The Yankees are favored to win Game 5 more than either team has been favored to win in any game throughout the series thus far. The line is -155

GREAT GAME!!!
Thought at first that yanking Monty so early would hurt us--but our BP came thru for us.
DAMN, the more I see of Higgy, the more I am impressed!!!
When he is at Bat = he portrays Confidence as does he do when catching = LIKE A COOL CAT!!!
Sanchez on the other hand looks like "A Deer caught in the Headlights when Catching'
We could go with HIGGY next year with a Kratz/Romine Back-Up.

I would love to see Torres moved up in the batting order and Judge dropped down. Torres is our hottest hitter and the further down he hits in the lineup the less at bats he gets(not always but that was the way it was last night). Maybe moving Judge down would take some of the pressure off him.

Both teams using starters on short rest. This has to favor the Yankees, right?

No disrespect intended Inger but I'll take results over style points any day!

Prove me wrong please Judge. I'll gladly eat my words.

No disrespect intended Inger but I'll take results over style points any day! I’ve often heard people say that it’s better to be lucky than good. I recall a few strikes that fell at the bowling alley that made me feel that way. Hmm. And some splits that looked like strike balls that gave me the opposite perspective...

I agree that either Torres or Stanton needs to bat in the first inning. Judge is leaving men on base and while a sac fly is better than nothing, there have been far too many nothings from him. We need Judge to be Judge.
