He just turned 22, I'd like to give him some more time. You’re smart to say that. I’ve seen regression and I’m taking frustration out on him that should belong with the MLB roster… He certainly needs to work on his command, he nice run at Triple A will really help him. Not having a minor league season last year was tough for these kids.

Not having a minor league season last year was tough for these kids. Lesson for all kids: You can idolize anyone you wish. You can cut your hair like Pedro, make your pitching motion the same as Pedro. You can hold your bat like Mantle did, or wear a menacing look like Stanton. It’s not going to make instantly become those people. In the end, you will be who you are. It’s best to be yourself and work as hard as you can…

Yanks second round draft choice of 2019, 2B Josh Smith of Low A Tampa has shown some good hitting skills so far. In 177 PA's over two seasons, .327 BA, .467 OBP, .565 SLG and 1.019 OPS. He also has 9 HR's, is 11 for 14 in SB's and appears to have a pretty good eye with 30 BB's and only 22 K's. www.milb.com/player/josh-smith-669701

I love the OBP and SLG for Peraza. Maybe the Yanks should be a little aggressive with his development and promote him to AA?

Peraza, a Top 100 prospect in all of baseball, has shared news of the promotion on his Instagram account. He was hitting .306 with five homers and 16 RBI with Hudson Valley this year. No word on corresponding moves.

We need some hope… According to a google search, AAA is using the same ball as MLB in 2021, which is not as lively as the 2019 baseball. AA and below is using a less lively ball than AAA and MLB.

Get ready to play another position, Gleyber. Or maybe for another team. Or you could talk to Randy Dobnak about Uber or Lyft employment. *Note, not a wrong thread. Extremely aware of my whereabouts here at the zoo…Where is that Astudillo Toad again?…
