Thanks for the tip, Inger. I forgot you spent so much time there. I know we have lined up tours at Claiborne Farm and Runnymede Farm and working on getting into Man O War Farm, as well as going to workouts at Churchill Downs and Keeneland. Woodford Reserve and Buffalo Trace and Maker's Mark distilleries. Mammoth Cave too, plus Louisville Slugger.
We love going to the stables and talking with grooms and trainers. In the past we've been to Darby Dan Farm and talked our way into Calumet, which is not generally open to the public.
Love the nags!!

Claiborne and Runnymede are both on the friendly and beautiful side of Paris. Runnymede is on the way to Cynthiana, where we rented for a few months while awaiting our house to be built. Tons of really old trees up that way. |
