Fixed it for you. I couldn't read the fine print on my TV. The dreaded sequel. With a foreward by Jorge Posada.

He really was. Eye opening how inept this team is without him at the top of his form. Stats can be misleading at times, but yikes! Wow. I wouldn't have guessed it was that bad.

Kaybli, remember MrG's son-in-law coming on here after MrG's passing telling us how he would get annoyed with Posada for his baserunning? MrG was usually reluctant to criticize any Yankees. It made me laugh to think of that. I sure do miss him.

The only team Brosseau hits against is the Yankees. So irritating.

The only team Brosseau hits against is the Yankees. So irritating. He's vying for this year's Chone Figgins Award.

Mr. G was a good guy with a positive attitude, and to think of all the health problems he had, too.

We were making plans to meet for lunch. You would never have known he was so sick. I never actually got to meet him. He had the classic New York accent. He was a salt of the earth guy.

It is Lou Gehrig Day, so here's a shot of a smiling Iron Horse crossing home plate.

I'm loving these Lou Gehrig anecdotes. I have several books about him, but I had not heard the story about Rocky Graziano. Lou took his job with the Corrections Department as seriously as he did his job with the Yankees.
