that could easily have been a double or an out. Watching the play instead of running had and relying on his coach. Poor baseball... meaning the runner right? I think you could say that of the fielder almost except for the coach

Stupid Gary starts off 3-0. Finds a way to strike out anyway. At least he saw a lot of pitches... Judge pretty much did the same

I never really understood Mr G....But we were certainly opposites He loved you. We were all family to him... You were the little brother that he liked to sneak up behind and twist your ear. You lucky guy... MrG didn't have a mean bone in his body. He was blunt and always said exactly what he thought, but he loved life and loved people. He was too big of a man to hold a serious grudge.

Judge's Lou Gehrig cleats that he's wearing for tonight's game.

Really nice performance from Monty. Should have been six innings one run.

Really nice performance from Monty. Should have been six innings one run. Sometimes people forget how little MLB experience Montgomery has. He’s still learning and getting better...

Watching the Knicks playoff game but following the dots for the Yankees. Glad we're up! Let's tack on some more runs!

Lou Gehrig was an extremely shy man who hated being the center of attention. He absolutely did not want to make the speech he is so famous for -- and of which no full recording is known to exist -- but he couldn't turn down Joe McCarthy's insistence that he speak.
His birthplace in the Yorkville section of Manhattan is only a few blocks from where James Cagney was born a few years earlier. Lou and Babe are both buried in Westchester County, about three miles apart. From the mementos at their graves, they are clearly still very much remembered.

Any trivia guesses? Four players who played at least 500 consecutive games since 2000. I'm surprised there are any.
Cano maybe? Pujols?
