I'll always have a special place in my heart for Ervin for giving up the 3 run shot to Didi in the Wild Card. I was at that game! That had to be exciting. Big rollercoaster ride when the Twins went up 3 runs on Severino. No time to be depressed though as Didi struck right back with the HR that same 1st inning! Wild game! |

I think it was 'Speedy," in which Babe Ruth has a small but well-acted role as a passenger in Harold's taxi. Lloyd was fantastic, as was Chaplain, but my favorite was Buster Keaton. Loved The Freshman, where he tries out for baseball and other sports. |

I know 'The General" is Keaton's most acclaimed film, but the one that gets the most laughs from me is "Seven Chances." Most of the great silent films are available for free on youtube. |

I'm a Lloyd guy myself, but all three were cinematic masters. I know 'The General" is Keaton's most acclaimed film, but the one that gets the most laughs from me is "Seven Chances." Most of the great silent films are available for free on youtube. Jackie Chan said one of his heroes is Buster Keaton. I thought Keaton made the most enjoyable films of the three. |
