I'm a Lloyd guy myself, but all three were cinematic masters. I know 'The General" is Keaton's most acclaimed film, but the one that gets the most laughs from me is "Seven Chances." Most of the great silent films are available for free on youtube. Jackie Chan said one of his heroes is Buster Keaton. I thought Keaton made the most enjoyable films of the three. Fatty Arbuckle mentored all three of them. He was especially close to Keaton.

I thought you were still in Hoboken. Nah, I live in Princeton. Hey Kaybli, I somehow missed this during the game. I love Princeton, really one of the best towns in NJ in my opinion. My wife has good friends in Lawrenceville if you know that place. I've had business at all of the Ivy League campuses, and Princeton is my favorite. Columbia is my least favorite.

I know Lawrenceville very well! Lived there in the late 80s/early 90s when I was in kindergarten and elementary school!
Love the Princeton campus! Do you know all the restaurants around here and the classic quick bites places like Hoagie Haven and Thomas Ice Cream/Halo Pub in town?

I don't know the campus quite that well. My wife's friends took us to the Nassau Club a few times. Historic old place. Back in the day I went to some basketball games at Jadwyn Gym; does that even still exist? Also saw some Princeton football at Palmer Stadium. Every year the Eagles and Giants used to play a pre-season game there. It was considered neutral turf between New York and Philly. That's cool that you went to school in Lawrenceville. From what I've seen of it, it's a really nice place. Most of my work at Princeton involved meeting academicians in their offices or for lunch. I know we went to some nice restaurants, but it was almost 40 years ago! There was someplace that had a blackboard with formulas written by Albert Einstein. I could only identify a few minor errors. (as if.)

Rays won 1-0. Yankees are 3 in the loss behind both!!
What a turn around from a little over a week ago.
Lets overtake both of them!

I like my campuses leafy with lots of bricks. Pillars, must have pillars. Columbia has fewer trees and more granite. It, along with Penn, has the most urbanized environment of the Ivies. Nothing against the school. If it's good enough for Lou Gehrig...

According to the Wikipedia article, the character has an IQ of 187. Isn't that about where Reggie Jackson claimed his IQ was? A few rungs up the ladder from yours truly.

Always glad to play the Royals. Usually a good result, but it makes me feel old. I played college ball with Whit Merrifield's dad. It couldn't have been that long ago, could it?

What position did you play?

Mickey Rivers asked if that was out of a hundred. Seems like only yesterday… Don’t forget our old stalwart, Karl. A member of Mensa. HeAmyHa forever!…

Lot to like about last night's game. Good pitching which gave our bullpen some rest. Out top 6 hitters only struck out 4 times in 26 plate appearances and had 13 hits. We still leave too many runners on base but hopefully last night will be the start of better performances for all our guys. Also noticed that except for Frazier all our "regulars" are above the Mendoza line. That hasn't happened in a while.
