Very much so. We got a lot of laughs out of her. Not all of them were intentional, but she took almost any jab in stride. I recall once we had a good achievement at work and shen offered a dinner out for her and her husband she quickly blurted out that she had been hankering for one of those $6.00 dollar cheeseburgers Burger King had been advertising. I know you’re from North Carolina. I figure she was in a holler somewhere near Asheville, because she met her future hubby while they both worked at a huge greenhouse there. She was a laborer and he was a professional grower. I actually love the American South East, but stayed away from that area because of the humidity… She probably was. But i wonder how she dealt with all the Indian names up that way. Probably could say them cause she grew up with them, but not spell them. Maybe that’s why she left… 😂

I am not sure what is wrong with this team. But something is.

The combination of Fenway Park and Miguel Andujar have allowed Xander an easy double… and it becomes a run… Defense! Defense! … It's sad, but the Yanks need a LF AND a CF. Hicks will be our cf next year. I don't think this year matters

CF is by far the biggest position player need on this team and it's not even close. Right now they don't have a major league starting CF on their roster, it's so bad they playing Judge there.

Not defense. We can't hit our way out of a Guchi bag and we are not going to win that way.

The season Hicks offered this year is not one worthy of holding any starting position open for him. I even think his defense was off this year. Time to move to a corner,at be even yield to a better player and become a backup for the rest of his career. Maybe that would keep him healthy, too..,

They just gave him a new contract... Which doesn’t mean a thing in the context of whether he’s going to start or not. It was a 7 year deal at cheap money… I’m sure they anticipated that he wasn’t likely to be the starting CF to the end…

They just gave him a new contract... Hicks is three years through a seven-year contract (2019 - 2025). He has four years remaining at 10 million per year.

Hicks is at best a 4th outfielder. He can't hit his weight. He's a switch hitter who can't hit a lick from the left side. Forever mystified by what the Yankees see in him.
