Never been a gym rat, but I had my own free weights at home and a mini trampoline. I’d lift, then take a break on the tramp, then lift again, about three cycles of each.
Much of my lifting and other exercise has been at work. Even now, I get my walking in knocking on doors, and my yard work is actually too much for me this year because I’ve gotten so out of shape from various maladies. It’s starting to come around though.
I know on a lot of jobs and projects I’ve worked with bigger guys than me that called me “the muscle” when I stepped up to do my part… I don’t think I’d qualify for that any more…

Don't worry about what other people are doing, they should be focused on their own workouts. Plus, I think most people that are great at something at the gym are usually humble and the most willing to help others with their workouts. I don't know about you Chi, but the only problem I ever have in a gym is people hogging equipment when they aren't actually working out and are just yakking with friends or going through their playlist for 10 minutes without getting off the apparatus. Yeah, that's annoying, especially in the winter when there's more people at the gym because no one wants to workout outside.

Of course they're gone by February.

Another opportunity squandered. Whitlock would look good in pinstripes. Er -- wait

Whitlock shuts the Yankees down again, but hey, at least he have Brooks Kriske on the 40 man roster.

Whether they come back in this one or not they need to win more in Cole's starts. A win here puts them at 9-7 in his starts a loss 8-8. I remember back in the late 90's David Wells was so consistent that they won like almost every time he pitched. They were 25-5 in his starts in 1998 a year he went 18-4 and were 7-1 in games he had a no decision in.
